Hi, I’m Mckenna! I’m the stylist behind Mckenna Mary Hair based in San Clemente, California. I’ve always loved how something as simple as doing your hair can completely change the way you feel about yourself. My goal is to create hair that not only looks beautiful when you leave the salon, but still feels effortless and natural in your everyday life. I specialize in lived in color, dimensional blondes and brunettes, and seamless extensions that blend naturally while keeping your hair feeling healthy. I love creating customized looks for each client because no two people are the same, and your hair should feel like you. More than anything, I want my chair to feel comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. Buisness policies : Extension Policy: Hair extensions are a custom-order service, and all extension purchases are final once the hair has been ordered. Due to the custom nature of extension hair, refunds are not offered on extension hair or installation services. The client is responsible for approving the selected extension color(s) prior to ordering. Once the colors have been approved and the hair has been ordered, custom extension hair cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you have any concerns regarding the color, installation, or overall service, you must notify me within 14 days of your appointment. I am committed to making reasonable adjustments within this 14-day period to address any concerns. After 14 days, the service is considered accepted and complete. No refunds, credits, or complimentary adjustments will be provided after this period. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies. Service Policy: My goal is for every client to leave loving their hair. If you have any concerns regarding your color, haircut, extensions, or any service provided, you must notify me within 14 days of your appointment. Cancellation Policy

To protect your time, a clear cancellation policy is essential. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, while no-shows will be charged the full amount. Emergencies are understood, so timely communication is crucial. All appointments will be confirmed via text or email 48 hours in advance; failure to respond may result in cancellation. Clients who frequently cancel may be required to provide a deposit for future appointments. Clearly communicating this policy helps set expectations and maintains a professional atmosphere.
